These terms govern use of Tanka Poems, provided by Lab Architect. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

Permitted use

You may use the app and its included content for personal, non-commercial reading and listening. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the app or bundled media except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Full Collection purchase

The current Full Collection is offered as a one-time, non-consumable purchase through Apple. It is not a subscription. Pricing is displayed by Apple for the customer’s storefront. Purchase processing, refunds, and restoration are subject to Apple’s systems and App Store terms.

Availability and updates

The app includes an offline collection and may retrieve public catalog or scenery updates. Features, compatibility, and online services may change as the app is maintained. Network services are not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

Intellectual property

The software, interface, arrangement, recordings, and visual presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, services, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Tanka Poems is provided for literary, cultural, and personal reflection. It does not provide medical, legal, religious, or other professional advice.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Tanka Poems is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Lab Architect is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the product.
